Wayed24.com is an online store serving customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By placing an order you agree to these terms. You can reach us by email at support@wayed24.com.
How an order is confirmed
Placing an order on Wayed24 creates a request, not a completed sale. Our team then calls you on the phone number you provided to confirm the items, the total and the delivery address. Your order is only prepared and shipped once you confirm it on that call. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be cancelled.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include any applicable taxes. The total you see before placing your order is the total you pay, plus any delivery fee shown in your cart. We accept cash on delivery only — you pay the courier when the order reaches you. No card or bank details are collected on this site.
Delivery
We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders normally arrive within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, though delivery times can vary by city and during peak periods. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown in your cart before you place the order.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel at any time before the order ships, at no cost, by telling us during the confirmation call or by emailing support@wayed24.com. Once shipped, the returns policy applies instead.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours may differ slightly between screens. Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty, its duration is stated on the product page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
