What we collect
To deliver an order we collect your first and last name, phone number, delivery address and city. An email address is optional. We do not collect card or bank details, because we only accept cash on delivery.
Why we need your phone number
Your phone number is central to how we operate: we call you to confirm every order before it ships, and the courier calls you again before delivery. Providing a number you can be reached on is what allows your order to proceed.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and address with the delivery company handling your order, only so that it can be delivered. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes, and delete or anonymise them once that period ends.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@wayed24.com and we will respond.
Cookies and site data
Your cart and your language choice are stored in your own browser so the site remembers them between visits; that information stays on your device. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used — which pages and products are viewed, what is added to the cart, and how many orders are placed. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your device and your visit, but never your name, phone number or address. Order confirmation links are excluded from it entirely.
