Your right to return
Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law you may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Refusing on delivery
Because you pay on delivery, you can also inspect the item when it arrives and simply refuse it before paying. Nothing is charged in that case.
Damaged or wrong items
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days at support@wayed24.com and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery fee. Photographs of the item help us resolve it faster.
How a refund is paid
Since orders are paid in cash, refunds are made by bank transfer to an account in your name. We normally complete the transfer within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, personal care items whose seal has been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Products damaged by misuse are also excluded.

Email support@wayed24.com with your order number and we will arrange collection of the product.
